Licensing
Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Royal Club Vacations is an authorized licensee of the Royal Resorts name and logo. Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Royal Club Vacations is a separate and independent company from Royal Resorts and the Royal Resorts network of companies. Such licensing shall not be used to construe, any partnership, joint venture, agency, subsidiary or parent relationship between Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Royal Club Vacations and Royal Resorts or any of the Royal Resorts affiliated companies. The license arrangement between Royal Club Vacations and Royal Resorts may be terminated without notice to you.

Member Account, Password and Security
For any product or service that requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.

During the registration process you will choose a password and a user name. To simplify the registration process, your email address will be used as a user name. To ensure accuracy you will be able to update your user name / email address online anytime. Please note that online correspondence and requests may not be honored if the email address is inaccurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Royal Club Vacations immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Royal Club Vacations will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Royal Club Vacations or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.

Privacy and Protection of Information
Royal Club Vacations does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Royal Club Vacations may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of businesses with whom we have a relationship about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (email, name, address, and telephone number, etc.) is not transferred to the third party.

In the course of business, Royal Club Vacations may derive information from and supply information to any company of the Royal Resorts's network of companies in order to provide the best service to Royal Club Vacations's customers and the members of the Royal Resorts.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose, however we are assuming no liability for their breach of this obligation.

During the course of certain functions, the Royal Club Vacations web site may collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. Royal Club Vacations uses this information for the operation of the web service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the web site.

Hardware and Software Requirements
In order to use the web site and receive information electronically from Royal Club Vacations, you must have an email address and submit it to Royal Club Vacations upon sign-up for any subscription, service or other item provided under this Agreement. You agree that by accepting the terms in this agreement, you consent to receive required information, and any other information provided to you from Royal Club Vacations, by electronic communication. You also confirm that your computer satisfies the hardware and software requirements stated above for receiving, accessing, displaying, printing, and storing copies of such required information, and you confirm that you have provided Royal Club Vacations a current email address for receiving required information.

You may withdraw your consent or update your email address online. However, if you choose to withdraw this consent, Royal Club Vacations may terminate your billing account and any subscriptions, services or other items provided to you under this agreement.
